Inside + outside windows from $200 In/out window cleaning starts with smaller pane-count packages and scales by pane count, detail level, and access.
Gutter cleaning from $200 Full gutter cleaning starts with homes up to 1,499 sq. ft. Larger homes commonly scale by size and tree/debris load.
Soft house washing from $281 Low-pressure house washing for smaller homes, with larger homes priced by size, surface condition, color, buildup, and access.
Driveway or patio cleaning from $150-$188 Patio cleaning commonly starts around $150, and one-car driveway cleaning starts around $187.50 before size or stain adjustments.
